The presentation was very nice and the coffee art was unique. :) The poached egg was like a hard boiled egg though. And the sour dough, albeit its delicious taste, was very hard thus I did not enjoy the bread that much. It was too expensive for an open sandwich, maybe because it is in the airport.

I was put off even before I can taste my food. I ordered a bottle of water and porridge and was told by the cashier to wait by the side for my order. When I asked if I can have my bottled water in advance, the manager hastily gave it to me saying, "you could've gotten it from here!" pertaining to the chiller at the side of the counter. I told him that the cashier wasn't clear about it but instead of an acknowledgement of a misunderstanding he just shrugged and turned his back on me.

I read that this is an award-winning bakery. That might be true for their bread but I only got a pain chocolate and that was a total disaster. Bone-dry like it was days old and that for $6. Never again!

The best of an ordinary bunch at the Sydney domestic terminal as you can imagine over priced however they do have good bread and breakfasts on offer which is a dream in comparison to what else is on offer.

The coffee is passable, allow time if you're eating in though they are a little slow.

I freakin' love brasserie bread! The titular bread is top notch, and they use it to good advantage in a range of sandwiches and breakfasty dishes. If you need to eat and you're inside the airport you're going to pay through the teeth anyway, so you may as well get a delicious pulled pork sandwich or something for your cash.
